Delivery & Returns

Payment methods

We accept all major credit cards, VISA and MasterCard debit cards and American Express. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe.  

Placing your order

When you have chosen the items you wish to buy and added them to your cart, you need to follow these steps to complete your order:

  • Enter your contact details
  • Enter your shipping address
  • Choose a shipping method
  • Enter your billing address
  • Enter your payment details
  • Review your order

Order Complete - we will send an email to confirm your order details and that payment has been collected.

 

Shipping Charges

UK ORDERS: Shipping charges will be added at the point of check-out for postage based on the items in your cart.

OVERSEAS ORDERS: Shipping cost depends upon weight of parcel and destination. You will be informed of charges on shipping when you go to checkout but before you enter card details.

Please be aware that customs duties may be charged by your government and will have to be paid before your delivery can be completed. The carrier will advise you if this is the case.

Order Cancellation

Should you change your mind about your order and wish to cancel it please contact us as soon as possible to arrange cancellation and a refund.

Once your order has been despatched we will be unable to cancel it or refund it and you will need to follow the returns procedure. You will receive an email to notify you once your order has been despatched (as always please check your spam email folder). However occasionally there may be a delay between us despatching your order and the notification email in which case we will still be unable to cancel or refund your order and the returns procedure will need to be followed. 

Delivery

Orders are normally despatched within five working days.

We will notify you by email when your order has been despatched. Currently we use Royal Mail to deliver our orders. Other courier services may be used at our discretion. 

Important:
 - Please ensure you know which email address you used to place your order and please check your spam/junk folders for delivery notification emails.
 - Please check to ensure you have given a full correct shipping address and postcode.

Orders under £50 are despatched via standard delivery services.

Orders over £50 are despatched via ‘Signed for’ delivery services and for these you will receive a tracking number. ‘Signed for’ delivery services require a signature on receipt

In the UK the tracking enables you to check on Royal Mail’s website whether an attempted delivery has been made, and whether you need to make delivery arrangements. The journey of the parcel is not tracked.

For international orders the tracking will show when the parcel has left the UK, arrived in the destination country and whether customs charges have been applied as well as when the order has been delivered.

Royal Mail aim to deliver standard post to within 2 – 3 working days to UK destinations; 3 – 5 working days to European destinations and within 5 – 7 working days to the rest of the world

Please note that in exceptional circumstances these delivery times may be somewhat exceeded. If we are aware of any circumstances that may delay delivery of your order we will let you know. If your order is exceptionally delayed please get in touch with us. Please be aware of our cancellation policy above.

We are not able to deliver via ‘Signed for’ deliveries to PO Box addresses.

If you have given any specific instructions to leave the parcel in another place (e.g. leave in the porch/garage/with a neighbour etc), neither Swim Feral nor the delivery service company will be able to take any responsibility for non-receipt of your order.

If the courier is unsuccessful in delivering directly to you they may deposit your parcel at a nearby ‘pick-up’ shop for you to collect from, at their discretion. Once this has been done they will be unable to make any further delivery attempts.

Some couriers recommend downloading their app to enable you to track your delivery and set your preferences. Please double check you have the all correct settings in place if you use an app.

Non-Delivery

If your order ends up being returned to us for reasons that are your responsibility (for example an incorrect or incomplete shipping address on your order, you not being available to receive your order from the courier or failing to arrange collection from the couriers depot or pick-up shop etc.) there will be additional courier charges to be paid, plus the re-delivery cost, before we can re-post your order back to you. We will calculate these costs at the time of the return and inform you. If instead you choose to cancel your order at this point we will refund you the price of the product minus any courier charges for the return of the non-delivered order.

 

Returns and refunds

We will accept returns where the customer has contacted us directly to request a return within two weeks/14 days of receipt and on condition that the item has not been used at all, is in a brand new re-saleable condition and complete with tag. Order cancellations are separate to returns – please see paragraph further up this page. 

Please take care that your swimming kit is clean if you try it out in the bag – we cannot make a full refund on muddy or sandy bags.


Please fold and package the item in a similar way and size to the way it was sent to you (we can give instructions to help with this if needed)



Enclose your name, address and order number (the packing slip has all this info on).

On receipt of the item we will check it, and if it is in an unused brand new re-saleable condition we will refund the buyer the cost of the product via the original method of payment used for the order.


We are unable to refund anyone who did not order directly from Swim Feral themselves.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange your item please follow the returns and refunds process above, then simply place a new order for the item you wish to purchase instead.


Faulty items

Please contact us in the first instance if there is any problem with your order.

We will repair or replace items that are faulty due to workmanship or the manufacturing process.
