Online Ordering

When you place an order on this website, you will be asked to provide your name, contact details, billing address and shipping address. This information will be stored within Shopify, and will never be passed on by SWIM FERAL to any third party without prior consent, with the exception of the courier/mail service that delivers your order. 

You will also provide payment details, in order to complete payment for your order. This information will be processed securely over HTTPS (check for the Secure padlock next to the address bar) using either Shopify Payments (Stripe) or PayPal Express Checkout. If you pay by card, only the last 4 digits of the card, and the card type will be visible to SWIM FERAL.

Contacting us

You may use the form on the Contact page, or the email address or phone number published on the site to get in touch with SWIM FERAL. Emails sent through the contact form are sent securely over HTTPS, and are stored in SWIM FERAL's email inbox. SWIM FERAL will use the details you provide in order to best deal with your enquiry. These details will never be shared with any third party without prior consent.
